Why DroneDingo exists
Rural properties are difficult to observe as a whole. Fuel tanks, sheds, machinery, livestock, access tracks and remote infrastructure may sit kilometres from the house or office. Cameras watch selected points, but they do not explain what is happening in the air between them.
DroneDingo began with a simple question: can rural owners receive useful warning of compatible drone activity without becoming radio technicians and without interfering with an aircraft?

Our mission is to design and build an Australian airspace-awareness appliance that works quietly, communicates clearly and earns its place in a practical rural security plan.
Responsible by design
DroneDingo is passive. It does not jam, hijack or command a drone. It records compatible signals and helps an owner understand when and where activity occurred. Most flights are legitimate; our job is to provide context rather than make accusations.
Built for Australian conditions
The product is being shaped around real regional constraints: long distances, difficult terrain, metal sheds, tree lines, variable connectivity and customers who need dependable tools rather than technical theatre.
What success looks like
Success is a property owner receiving a timely, understandable alert; reviewing a useful record; and making a calmer, better-informed decision about what to do next.
